Dylan Marsh is a 2015 graduate of Ai Orange County with a Bachelor of Science, Hospitality Food & Beverage Management. Dylan is currently Project Supervisor/Marketer for Pizza:90. Dylan Marsh is a project supervisor and marketer for Pizza:90 in Orange County, Riverside, and Los Angeles counties in southern California. He's responsible for creating sales reports, menu testing, setting up vendor meetings, and marketing campaigns. He is proud to have co-created the company prior to his graduation from The Art Institute of California—Orange County and says that he is very involved in design, product development, hiring, and training. "[I enjoy seeing] growth and development in the company," he adds. Dylan finds creative inspiration in the work of Brad Owen and Tim Byers. Dylan mentions that current industry trends include sustainability and technology. "Technology is improving, allowing farming to be done in-house [in the restaurant.]" He encourages current students to stay focused on their goals and to become involved in the industry before graduation. Dylan, who in 2015 earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Food & Beverage Management from The Art Institute of California—Orange County, says, "[My education provided the] knowledge and tools to help me focus on my success."
